Ntokozo Myende is a Wellness Counsellor (ASCHP), holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication Science.
What sets Ntokozo apart is her rare and natural ability to create spaces where people feel immediately at ease. Long before her formal training, people were drawn to open up to her - and she has since honoured that gift by building the professional foundation to support others with intention, care, and deep empathy.
Ntokozo takes a person-centred, empathy-led approach to counselling, working with individuals navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, life transitions, personal growth and more. She is passionate about making mental health support feel accessible, warm, and real - describing her approach as "talking to a trusted old friend - unhurried, without judgment, and completely safe."
She offers counselling in both English and isiZulu, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and create a more comfortable counselling experience.
"I don't just want to help people survive. I want to help them love life again."
